This is a Portuguese red blend of Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz – grape varieties that go into the making of Port. So there is some hint of that type of flavour – sloe and dark chocolate muffin – but without the richness and sweetness. A nice wine. Not complex but quaffable. New in at Tesco (March 2026) with a Clubcard discount of a £1 making it a good price at £7.75.
