An English sparkling wine that is a champagne alternative with its fine bubbles nestling in a pale yellow Chardonnay-based wine. Similar champagne aromas of white bread and apples but add in English celery and a floral hedgerow and the wine becomes slightly more interesting. Sherbet flavours that are also have a light apple edge and the wine is a nice sip.
