Co-op Irresistible 30 degree Pinot Noir 2020 review - WineUncorked: Wine Reviews and Tips

co op

Even better than the four-star rated 2019 version, the 2020 vintage is even more aromatic and floral. It took me a while to identify the aroma but I eventually realised it was lavender – lavender soap that you get as a Christmas gift that just fills the bathroom with that heady aroma. Add in some intense raspberry too and some juniper berry spiciness and you are left wondering if the flavour will be this full-on too. But the wine remains fresh and fruity with cherry and chocolate flavours. What a great wine.
